He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Sr. Williams and Thelma Williams; his siblings, Baby Boy, Holloway, Frank Williams, Carolynn and Katherine Williams; and his nephew Anthony Len Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Williams (Pam); his children, Lashelle Williams of Hartford, Samuel Williams III of Hartford and David Williams Sr. of Windsor; his grandchildren, Kejuan Williams, Tanysha Williams, Shanae Williams, David Williams Jr., Kareem Mahammad-Williams and Khaliq Mahammad-Shipman; his great grandchild Ezreign Blu Williams; his siblings, Elisha Williams of Hartford, Thelma Allen of Hartford and Roger Williams of Hartford; his mother-in-law Cora M. Shipman; and his siblings-in-law, Linnie L. Shipman, Dennis Shipman (Natalie), Willie Shipman, Lidia Smith (George), Janice Shipman and Viletta Shipman.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carmon Funeral Home (807 Bloomfield Ave, Windsor, CT 06095). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family asks kindly for donations to be made to the Cancer Society in honor of Samuel Williams Jr.
