He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dorothy Blue (Nelson) and Rufus Blue, Sr.; his wife Vickie Blue; his sister Dorothy Wilkerson of Hartford, CT; his niece Janice Renee Sanders (Detroit); and his siblings, Calvin Blue, Andrew Blue, Julielynn Blue and Tammy Blue.
