He was predeceased by: his wife Monserrate Davila Bonilla. He is survived by: his children, Efrain Garcia (Dominga), Israel Garcia (Carmen), Pedro Garcia, Sonia Anderson (Jeffrey) and Alejandro Garcia. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
