Mendez, Alex, Jordan and Thomas Johansen; and his siblings, Iris Mendez (Louis Condeno), Neftali Mendez, Joey Melendez (Danielle Pawleski), Gabriel Melendez (Denise Hernandez), Jeremias Melendez (Katrisha Melendez) and Abigail Melendez. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, grandchildren, uncles, aunts, grandmother and loyal friends.
