He was predeceased by: his father Jozef Kuczynski. He is survived by: his spouse Bogumila Margaret Boguska; his mother Krystyna Kuczynski (Lachowaka) of Poland; and his sons, Pawel and Daniel Kuczynski of Vernon. He is also survived by three sisters, a brother and nieces, nephews, and cousins.
