He was predeceased by: his parents, Dante Mazzochi and Mildred Mazzochi of Winsted; his brother Dante A. Mazzochi; and his brother-in-law David Howells III. He is survived by: his child Eagle Scouts; his wife Sharon G. Mazzochi; his sons, Matthew, Thomas and Joseph; and his siblings, Janice Howells of South Carolina, Mark Mazzochi of Torrington, Donald and Jackie Padlo of Bristol. He is also survived by several cousins, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephew.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Services for the Elderly in Farmington, Connecticut.
