She was predeceased by: her son Eric Louis Williams; her grandson Khamao Jarrett; and her siblings, Clarence D. Williams, Henry Williams, Jr., Bernice McCullough, Eloise Wilson, Joyce Williams and Margaret Ann Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Tyrone L. Williams (Jannett) of Bloomfield, CT, Letrenia Williams of Atlanta, GA and Carla Powell of Hartford, CT; her brother Peter Williams (Sadie) of Georgetown, SC.; her grandchildren, Jason Williams (Amanda), Chanel Baptiste (Edwin) and Kamari Wilson; her great grandchildren, Jazmina Williams, Carter, Chase and EJ Baptiste; and her nieces and nephews, Darryl Williams, Michael Hasan, Floyd, Jr., Cherylene, Kim, Martina and Nafeesah.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Henry L. Fuqua Funeral Service. A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
