She was predeceased by: her parents, Moses Jones and Lizzie Jones (Porter); her son Robert L Jones; her brothers, Moses Jones and Junuis Jones; and her cousin Elvira Hampton.
She is survived by: her sister Earlean Coleman of Hartford, CT; her nieces and nephews, Rubbie Coleman of Bloomfield, CT, Lizzie Coleman of Hartford, CT, Linda Coleman of Hartford, CT, Charlie Coleman (Penny) of Willimantic, CT and Rev Mose Jones (Sylvia) of Houston, TX; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Justin Coleman, Tyler Coleman of Hartford, CT, Jacqueline Mane of Providence, RI, Michelle Mills of Manchester, CT, Carla Thomas of New Britain, CT, Christine Milner and Sandra Milner. She is also survived by grand-nieces, grand-nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Henry L. Fuqua Funeral Service. A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
