He is survived by: his mother Carmen Velez; his significant other Carmen Torres; and his children, Miara Figueroa, Jocelyn Figueroa Loukas and Ruben Serrano. He is also survived by 3 siblings on his father, his 4 granddaughters and 3 grandsons.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sheehan Hillborn Breen Funeral Home (1084 New Britain Ave, West Hartford, CT 06110). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mt. Saint Benedict Cemetery (1 Cottage Grove Rd, Bloomfield, CT 06002).
