He was predeceased by: his parents, Otilia Acevedo and Victor Acevedo. He is survived by: his wife Brunilda Santana; his children, Rene Santana, Elizabeth Acevedo, Enid Acevedo, Clarissa Acevedo and Beatrice Acevedo; and his siblings, Margarita, Jose and Pepe. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
