He was predeceased by: his father Mark Sullivan. He is survived by: his mother Chrystal Sullivan (Walker); his sister Taylor Sullivan; his nephew Julian Montanez; and his niece Raelynn Johnson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newington Memorial (20 Bonair Ave, Newington, CT 06111).
