He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Millington, Joseph Antony Millington Jr., Dr. Suzette Millington-Buffong and Dr. Grethel Millington; his grandchildren, Brianna Millington, Joshua Thompson, Joel Thompson and Christina Millington; his siblings, Cecelia Lawrence, Margarette Millington, Canute Kerr, Patricia Thorpe, Palone Parks, Horace Lawrence, Wilbert Lawrence, Herbert Lawrence and Nordeen Lawrence-Campbell; and his former wife Claudette Arthurs. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in- laws and friends.
