We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2024, at the age of 68, Jocelyn Nadine Nelson of Hartford, Connecticut, born in Barnstable, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry J. Littman, Sr. and Rita Littman (Smith); and her brothers, Henry J. Littman, Jr. and Cameron D. Littman. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Wayne Nelson, Sr.; her children, Jamaal W. Nelson, Jarita N. Nelson (Antonio Robles) of Hartford and Natasha L. Nelson of Windsor; her grandchildren, Kyron Davis of California, Nyasha Davis of Windsor, Brook Baines of Windsor and Madison B. Nelson of Windsor; and her siblings, Brian Littman of Hartford and Justine Littman of Hartford. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carmon Windsor Funeral Home (807 Bloomfield Ave, Windsor, CT 06095). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
