She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora-Lee and Leonard Strawther, Sr.; her foster mother Mary Biggins; her daughter Phyllis Goggins; her husband Reginal Goggins; and her siblings, Genevieve Strawther-Redfield and Leonard H. Strawther, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Wayne and Jackie; her granddaughters, Tarina Martin, Allah and Jada Goggins; her boyfriend David Robinson; her grandchildren, Michael Davis, Wayne Martin (Desi), Khadijah Wagstaff, Briana Perry, Jabari Goggins and Qusharia Perry; her siblings, Lauren Strawther-Wright (FL), Jacqueline Strawther-Carter (AL) and William A. Strawther; and her brother-in-law Myron Anthony Goggins (TN). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and great friends.
