He is survived by: his friend Caleb Pulda-Rifkin; his parents, Angel and Janis; his brother Dr. Corey Jaquez; his sister-in-law Aimee Jaquez; his nieces, Jiorja and Arabella; his nephew Alexander; his sister Khemwattie Jaquez; and his girlfriend Hannah Gotoff. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, numerous cousins, countless extended relatives, friends.
