Smalls; her children, Jayne Smalls (Rondell Perry), Diane Smalls and Milton Smalls; and her siblings-in-law, Joseph S. Randolph (Alfreda) and Kerkeceal R. Wragg. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other extended family, and dear friends.
