Skipper (Jannet Ortiz) of Islip, NY and Gina M. Kimber (Tyrone) of Windsor; and his nieces and nephews, Jeffrey D. Skipper, Jr., Joshua D. Skipper, Anthony Jennings, Nekea Skipper-Jones, Deon Skipper, Nicole Wright, Mar'Kree DeShields, Jessica Wright, Mark DeShields, Jr. and Tyrell Kimber. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carmon Funeral Home (807 Bloomfield Ave, Windsor, CT 06095). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
