Eleanor Foy Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2024, at the age of 93, Eleanor Foy of Hartford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edward J. Foy; her parents, Alias Gaudette and Mary Elizabeth Gaudette (Murray); and her children, Elias Gaudette, John Hamilton, Laura Anne Foy, Edmund Foy and Christopher Foy.
She is survived by: her children, Margaret Foy of Hartford, Theresa Johnson of Winsted, April Foy of West Hartford, David Foy of Hartford, Stephan Foy of West Hartford and Thomas Foy of East Hampton. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Montano-Shea Funeral Home (922 Main St, Winsted, CT 06098). A graveside service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Mt. St. Benedict's Cemetery (1 Cottage Grove Rd, Bloomfield, CT 06002).
