She is survived by: her daughters, Pattie Smith Jacobus (Glenn) and Karen Lee Kear (Robert); her grandchildren, Jamie (Coby), Brydie Jacobus Farnum (Damon), Christopher Kear (Leigh Ann) and Tucker J. Kear (Dana); and her great grandchildren, Emery, Bodhi Jacobus, Smith, Renny, Summer, Brody, Taylor and Liam Kear.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that any donations be made to the remarkable team at McLean Hospice Care, 75 Great Pond Road, Simsbury, CT 06070.
