She was predeceased by: her husband Stanislaw Oldziej; her parents, Stefan Backiel and Stanislawa Backiel (Kurowska); and her grandson Brandon Gerard Chamberland. She is survived by: her children, Irena Mojsa (Ryszard), Miroslaw Oldziej (Renata), Marzena Fowler (William), Robert Oldziej (Breanne) and Ewelina Oldziej; her grandchildren, Christopher, Justine, Kelly, Lauren, Sarah, Christian and Lydia; and her brother Zbignew Backiel.
