She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Carter of Hartford and Leroy Taylor of Kingston; and her siblings, Tracy L. Carter of Hartford and Jeffrey Carter of Louisville, KY.. She is survived by: her aunt Janet T. Bolling of East Hartford; her niece Dr. Uriah L. Carter of Lexington, KY; her nephews, Phillip Carter of Louisville and Chance Carter of Hartford; and her goddaughter Brandi Bolling of East Hartford.
