He is survived by: his wife Vivian Camby; his daughter Mildred "Weelamb"; his granddaughters, Demetta and Melinda; his great grandchildren, Danasha Blake, Kamari Hollis, Kené Hardy, Tadaé Love, Kenneth Hardy Jr. and Parrisrenee Edwards; his great great grandchildren, Myasha Russell, Kénijah Hardy, Autumn and Jayce Hollingsworth; his brother Thomas Smith, Jr.; his cousin Gilbert Cooper; his sister-in-law Alice Jackson; his nieces, Laurie and Tisha Smith; his carrgiver Alex Anom; and his pet Nikki.
