With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecil W. Alston (Hartford, Connecticut), who passed away on February 17, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elder Cecil and Callie W. Alston. He is survived by: his friend Rawles; his wife Marie B. Alston; his children, Lynn Alston (Meriden), Sheryl Alston-Wiggins (Hartford) and Michael Alston (Bloomfield); his grandchildren, Latone Blatche', Krystal W. Stephens (Deuel), Warren Wiggins and Anthony Alston; and his goddaughter Camilla Hillian (Don). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was always courteous, patient and open to conversation whenever he visited the store to have his phone serviced. I was unaware of his passing , I found out while trying to locate an updated phone number in order to reach out to him and say hello. I was saddened to see that he is no longer with us. Condolences to his family and friends.”
