It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Holmes Lyon in Hartford, Connecticut, born in Norwich, Connecticut, who passed away on September 21, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur J. Lyon and Mary "Molly" Lyon (Holmes); his wife Nancy Dodge; his son Peter; his grandson Jason; and his brother Frederick G. Lyon.
He is survived by: his close friend Antoinette Willard; his children, John (Sue Lyon) of Lebanon and Molly (Donald Lathrop) of Bozrah; his grandchildren, Heather, Nathaniel, Bonnie and Jacob; and his great grandchildren, Levi and Nora.
Donations in his memory may be made to the First Baptist Church of Lebanon or to the Lebanon Volunteer Fire Department.
