In the sacred silence of farewell, Anne is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Anne's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She is survived by: her husband Steven Zhitnik; her children, Molly Zhitnik and Alexander Zhitnik; her sister Laurie Rapkin; her nieces, Anita Flores, Eliza Zhitnik and Sarah Zhitnik; and her siblings-in-law, Jay Zhitnik, Hy Zhitnik and Beth Poorman.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Trinity Episcopal Church (120 Sigourney St, Hartford, CT 06105).
