He was predeceased by: his parents, Gervacio Pangilinan and Nancy Pangilinan; and his sister Hilary Rose Pangilinan. He is survived by: his brother Gervacio Florentino Pangilinan, Jr. (Shauna Lee); his nephew Aidan of Hebron, CT; his sister Flora Pangilinan-Davis of Ronkonkoma, NY; and his stepmother Mary Ann Pangilinan of Florida.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Andrew's name to the Connecticut Humane Society, American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, or Hartford Hospital.
