She was predeceased by: her parents, Czeslaw Czarnocki and Kazimiera Czarnocki (Siczek); and her daughter Ana Lesniewski. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Lesniewski and Mark Lesniewski; her granddaughter Madison Lesniewski-Kovarik (Colten); and her sisters, Anna Jezewski, Jadwiga Masi (Giuseppe) and Halina Zajac. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
