He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine Collins (Tomczyk); his parents, Joseph W. Collins and Agnes Collins (Speeches); and his sister Diane Plaksa. He is survived by: his daughters, Wendy L Picard (Stephan Picard) and Mary L Collins; his grandchildren, Rachael Boyd (Dallas Boyd), Matthew Picard (Sara Picard) and Vincent Caron; and his great grandchildren, Flora, Finnegan Boyd, Sylvia and Lucas Picard.
