She was predeceased by: her husband William Frank Franklin. She is survived by: her son William Douglas (Renee) of New Bern, NC.; her grandchildren, William, Justin and Meredith Franklin Jefferson (Ashley Franklin Rushin); her great grandchildren, Scarlett Jefferson, Caroline Jefferson, Taylor Rushin, Paige Rushin and Riley Rushin; her friend Florence Selleck; her nephews, Horace Rood (Angie Squier) and David Ruppen; and her friend Elaine Rogers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and extended family.

Agnes asked that any memorial be made in the form of a contribution to the DAR via Florence Selleck of Windham Center or C/O Potter's Funeral Home.
