He was predeceased by: his parents, Oswald Stanley Wakefield and Alice Wakefield (Czajkowski); and his brother Jack Wakefield. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Wakefield (Kohn); his children, Lynn Testa (Wakefield), David Wakefield (Ann) and Marty Wakefield; his grandchildren, Mark Lehane (Jennifer), Christopher Wakefield (Emily), Kimberly Woolf (Josh), Laura Lehane and Jonathan Lehane; and his great grandchildren, Declan, Spencer, Lucas, Mary, Stella, Lily, Mila, Genesis and EJ.
