He is survived by: his parents, Patrice "Patty" Forte (Latella) of Hamden and Wayne S. Bradbury of North Carolina; his stepfather George Forte of Hamden; and his siblings, Paul M. Forte of Hamden and Dana Acabbo of Westbrook. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins, two nieces, two nephews, a host of friends.
