She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Nathaniel Foster, Sr.; her parents, Calvin Graham and Effie J. Graham (Culmer); her son Richard Nathaniel Foster, Jr.; and her siblings, Calvin, George Graham, Mavis, Merle Graham, Hilda Cabell, Elaine Scavella and Shirley Paris.
She is survived by: her children, Judith Gray, Jacqueline Foster, Veronica Foster-Grant, Robert Foster (Aileen), Vincent Foster (Toni) and Eric Foster (Daisy); her siblings, Leon, Winston, Kermith Graham and Patricia Graham; and her goddaughters, Nell Montgomery and Yarri Downey. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; a great-great grandchild.
