He was predeceased by: his spouse Roseann Criscio Warden; his parents, Wilbur H. Warden and Vennie Sutphin Warden; his stepchild Paul Foster; and his sister Ellen Torino.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy V. Warden, Suzanne Warden and Gail Warden; his stepchild Frank Fazzino (Colleen); his grandchildren, Tara, Michael Warden, Jimmy Warden (Christina) and Michael Galarza; his great grandchildren, McKayla, Anthony and Jimmy, Jr.; and his stepgrandchild Jennifer Rosado.
