He was predeceased by: his parents, Margie Ruth Streater-Stroud and Johnny Thomas Stroud, Sr.; his sister Darlene Stroud; his aunt Jeanie M. Streater-Connor; his uncle William H. Streater; and his grandparents, Haywood and Mae Streater.
He is survived by: his children, Ebony-Bowden-Moore (Terrance), Shagunna R. Muse, Tatiana Stroud, Sheana Stroud and Zalon T. Steele; his siblings, Johnny T. Stroud (Suzan), Teethiena M. Stroud, Gregory C. Stroud, Richard Washington (Gladys) and Cherisa Streater-Lloyd; his cousin Randy Streater; and his aunt Sara L. Streater. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Colonial Funerals (86 Circular Ave, Hamden, CT 06514). A celebration of life was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at the same location.
