It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sotirios Vastakis of Hamden, Connecticut, who passed away on June 13, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sotirios Vastakis to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Konstantinos Vastakis and Panagiota Haskos Vastakis; and his brothers, Christos and Spiros Vastakis. He is survived by: his spouse Magdaline Lepeniotis Vastakis; his children, Penny (Thodori), Dino, Dimitri (Melissa) and Stephanie Vastakis; and his grandchildren, George and Thanasi. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, great nieces, and great nephews.
