She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Kozlowski and Shirley Kozlowski; her husband James Carmody; her brother Raymond Kozlowski; and her siblings-in-law, David White, Robert Vets and Patricia Molster.
She is survived by: her children, Kristin Welch (Chris) of Hamden, Erin Coffey (Tyler) of East Haven and James H. Carmody III of Hamden; her grandchildren, Cameron and Callie Welch; her siblings, Marcia Kozlowski White of Hamden and Peter Kozlowski (Lisa) of Shelton; her siblings-in-law, Lisa Kozlowski of Chester, Maureen Vets of West Haven, Kevin Carmody (Rochelle) of West Haven and John Molster of West Haven; and her stepgrandchildren, Ella and Rowan Coffey of Cheshire. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Beecher & Bennett Funeral Service - Hamden (2300 Whitney Ave, Hamden, CT 06518).
