She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas and Gabrielle Thomas; her grandson Sean (J. Reeves Jr.); and her great grandchild Kayden J. Smith. She is survived by: her children, Karlèf Smith (Anola) and Velencia Smith; her grandchildren, Tyshan Smith (Tiana), Quayshon Sharpe, Diontrè Smith, Shacore Gibbs, Xyaire Smith and Xyeta Smith; and her pets, Laya, Dallas and Chewy. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
