It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert J. Flanagan of Hamden, Connecticut, who passed away on November 26, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Dawn C. Flanagan (Jerolman); and his parents, Kenneth Flanagan and Helen Keating Flanagan. He is survived by: his son Robert J. Flanagan, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Corrina; his grandchildren, Siobhan, Hugh, Ciaran and Cian Flanagan; his brother John P. Flanagan (Mary Ann); his niece Eileen (Steven); and his nephew Kevin (Rachel).
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Beecher & Bennett Funeral Service - Hamden (2300 Whitney Ave, Hamden, CT 06518). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church (2819 Whitney Ave, Hamden, CT 06518). A burial was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at the St. Mary's Cemetery (3110 Whitney Ave, Hamden, CT 06518).
