He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cash and Odessa R. Cash; his siblings, Thelma Kelley, Chester Cash, Clayton Cash and Redessa George; and his uncle James Ratliff.
He is survived by: his caregiver Nicole O. Nunez; his daughters, Zina L. Foster (James) and Dorrie-Ray Cash; his stepdaughter Tonya Gonsalves; his sons, Raymond T. Cash Jr., Reginald W. Cash and Matthew Matthews; his sisters, Olla Mae Kelly and Katherine Lockwood; his godson Dajon; and his grandchildren, Morgan and Avery Nunez. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Christian Tabernacle Baptist Church (425 Newhall St, Hamden, CT 06517). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Hamden Plains Cemetery (246 Circular Ave, Hamden, CT 06514).
