Quinta C. Platino Raccio Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Quinta C. Platino Raccio of Hamden, Connecticut, who passed away on January 16, 2025 at the age of 107. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlo DaVia and Corina DaVia (Baldovin); her husbands, Charles Platino and Joseph Raccio; her son Paul Platino; her grandson Eric C. Pascarella; and her siblings, Antoinetta Rey, Corine Vreeland (Rena), Irma Bernasconi, Genevieve Proto, Theresa D'Onofrio, Luigi DaVia (Louis) and Lindo DaVia (Lenny).
She is survived by: her daughter Carla Pascarella (Ron Barthel) of North Haven; and her great grandchildren, Haley and Eric Pascarella. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Beecher & Bennett Funeral Service - Hamden (2300 Whitney Ave, Hamden, CT 06518). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (321 Circular Ave, Hamden, CT 06514).
