He was predeceased by: his parents, Col. David Johnson and Mary Cato Johnson; his sons, Bruce (Christi Johnson) and Kenneth Johnson (Heidi Smith); his siblings, Joanne Jones, David Johnson and Jean Berry; and his sister-in-law Peg Curchin.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Murdock; and his son-in-law Charles Eberhardt of Seattle, WA.
