He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernarr Gibbs and Marie Fisher; his wife Phyllis; and his sister Jean. He is survived by: his children, Mitch (Karen) and Christina; his granddaughters, Hayley and Emily; his daughter Verna; his grandchild Pumpkin; and his siblings, Pete, Joe, Darrell, Dale, Bernarr Jr., Sharon and Crystal.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Colonial Funerals (86 Circular Ave, Hamden, CT 06514). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at the Beaverdale Memorial Park (86 Circular Ave, Hamden, CT 06514).
