Nicole M. Preston Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nicole M. Preston of Hamden, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 28, 2024 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nicole M. Preston to pay them a last tribute.
As we bid adieu to Nicole's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Nicole has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Atanase Sumba (Macedonian) and Hortense Sumba (German). She is survived by: her daughter Sarah; and her friends, Douglas Klahr, Christine Voigt, Veronica Cantemir, Heidi Buchan, Marco Minocci and Codruta Todeasa.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Havens Family North Haven Funeral Home (36 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT 06473).
