With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Margherita Maturo of Hamden, Connecticut, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Margherita left this world on March 16, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Amedeo Maturo and Maria Riccio Maturo; and her brothers, Michele Maturo (Anna) and Simone Maturo. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Amedeo Maturo of Wallingford, Maria Tuchek (Jeff) of South Carolina, Michael Maturo Jr. (Anna) of North Haven and Antonio Maturo (Melaina) of South Carolina. She is also survived by several grand nieces and nephews, and several great grand nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home (1022 Dixwell Ave, Hamden, CT 06514). A Mass will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (321 Circular Ave, Hamden, CT 06514).
