She was predeceased by: her sister Joan Burke; her brothers-in-law, Roger Peloquin, Alfred Lemoine and Michael Burke; and her parents, Francis Crimmin and Marie Cote Crimmin.
She is survived by: her husband Walter Zawalich; her children, Rebecca Donegan (Michael) of Wallingford, Matthew Zawalich (Kala) of Cheshire and Mark Zawalich of Hamden; her grandchildren, Owen, Molly, Maggie Donegan, Daniel and Kira Zawalich; her sisters-in-law, Ellen Peloquin of Millbury, Massachesetts and Barbara Lemoine of Auburn, Massachusetts.; and her nieces and nephews, Patty Burke-Wey, Christine Bizinkauskas, Tim Burke and Anthony Lemoine.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Sisk Brothers Funeral Home (3105 Whitney Ave, Hamden, CT 06518). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church (2819 Whitney Ave, Hamden, CT 06518).
