He is survived by: his wife Martha Dye; his daughters, Nancy and Karen Dye; his grandchildren, Brittany Dye, Kashera Booker, Octivia Booker, Aja Dye, Lawrence Booker, Forrest Booker and Sean Daniel; his cousins, William Gordon Sr., Rose Gordon and Little; his sister Betty Evans (Sarah McIver); his godchildren, Cicely Little, Alonda Bailey and Mark Doward; and his siblings-in-law, Mildred Booker, Marie Jackson, Vera Walton, Clarence and Melvin Walton. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church (26 Edwards St, Hamden, CT 06517). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
