She is survived by: her sister-in-law Clare Bernard of Cheshire; her cousins, America and Susan Early of Our Lady; her nieces, Megan Bernard of Brooklyn, NY and Dr. Helen Hootsmans (Robert Shea) of Williamsburg, VA; her nephew Dr. Norbert Hootsmans (Alice) of Boston, MA; and her great-nephews, Dr. Norbert Hootsmans, James Hootsmans and Philip Hootsmans. She is also survived by dogs and cats.
