It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Froehlich of Hamden, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on April 7, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William K. Froehlich and Marie Froehlich; his former wife Victoria Froehlich; his grandson Sean K. Froehlich; and his siblings, Adeline Buenger, William and George Froehlich.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Froehlich; his children, Carolyn O'Connor Northford (Dennis), Jo-Ann Fitzgerald Southbury (Ed), Victoria Murphy Hamden (Marty) and Harold K. Froehlich Jr. Hamden (Lynn); his brother Donald Froehlich (Eleanor) of West Haven; and his stepchildren, James Ziegler (Jackie) of Hamden and Sharon Hoffman (Paul) of South Carolina. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
