She was predeceased by: her parents, Miguel Velazquez and Emilia Velazquez (Diaz); her husband Luis Arroyo; her daughter Lucille Arroyo; and her sister Lucila Ortiz.
She is survived by: her children, Margaret Sein, William Arroyo (Yolanda) and Jeanette Nazario (Paul); her grandchildren, Traci-Lei Thomas, Michael Sein, Nelson Arroyo, Stephanie Pinder and Jonathan Nazario; and her brothers, Jose Antonio Velazquez and Michael Velazquez. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous extended family members and beloved friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Wallingford Funeral Home (809 N Main Street Ext, Wallingford, CT 06492). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Most Holy Trinity Church (84 N Colony St, Wallingford, CT 06492).
