We are sad to announce that on January 26, 2023, at the age of 95, Eleanor B. Smith of Hamden, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Charles P. Smith, Jr.; and her brothers, Stanley Bracke and Edward Bratkiewicz. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Beth A. Smith of Hamden and Brian Smith of Auburndale, FL.; and her grandsons, Albert and Brandon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
